City Manager — Mumbai

About the Role

Own Mumbai's event supply, venue partnerships, and GMV — the #1 city on the platform.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of 50+ venues and 100+ organizers in Mumbai.
• Drive GMV targets: ₹8Cr+ per quarter for the Mumbai market.
• Resolve operational escalations for live events (staffing, scanner issues, refunds).
• Lead city-level marketing activations and cross-promotions.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of 4 city operations executives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in city ops, business development, or event management.
• Strong network in Mumbai's entertainment, hospitality, or events industry.
• P&L ownership experience with ₹5Cr+ annual targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with data — uses dashboards daily to track performance.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with event-tech, ticketing, or venue management software.
