Data Analyst — Events Intelligence

About the Role

Build the data foundation that helps organisers, the board, and the business make smarter event decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own the events analytics pipeline: data modelling (dbt), dashboards (Metabase/Grafana), and ad-hoc deep-dives.
• Define and track platform KPIs: GMV, ticket sell-through rates, NPS, churn, LTV.
• Partner with organizer success team to deliver custom performance reports.
• Build automated alerting for anomalous booking patterns or fraud signals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years as data analyst or analytics engineer.
• Strong SQL (BigQuery / PostgreSQL) and Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with dbt or equivalent transformation tools.
• Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of event-driven data models.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ticketing, travel, or fintech analytics.
• ML/predictive modelling for demand forecasting.
