Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role

Craft seamless experiences for 12M+ fans booking events, and for organizers managing their entire event lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design for attendee and organizer portals.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and synthesize insights into design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the INDTIX design system (Figma + Tailwind).
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation.
• Design micro-interactions, empty states, and error flows.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience building design systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Experience designing for mobile-first consumer apps.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Motion design / Lottie experience.
• Familiarity with React component libraries.
• Experience in ticketing or marketplace products.
